How payment works

  • Scope Checks are paid when booked.
  • Filing packages: half when you sign, half when we file.
  • Care Plan: $149 a month, or $1,490 a year (two months free). Monitor: $79 a month. Cancel either with 30 days' notice.
  • If we miss a deadline we agreed to in writing, for reasons on our side, we refund our fee for that report.
  • Work beyond the agreed scope (more product groups, more states) is quoted in writing before it starts.

Pricing questions

What counts as a product group?

Products that differ only by color, size or finish and share the same PFAS, function and concentration range. A jacket in six colors and five sizes is usually one group.

Is lab testing included?

The lab fee isn't, but arranging it is. Most filings are built from supplier information. When a supplier won't answer, or a state asks for test results (New Mexico's rule asks for analytical documentation), we arrange testing with an independent lab and pass the lab's fee through at cost. Textile fluorine screening typically runs a few hundred dollars per sample.

What if the Scope Check finds we have nothing to file?

Then you've spent $250 on a written answer, with the rules cited, that you can show a retailer or your own team. That's a good outcome.

Can we start with Minnesota and add states later?

Yes. The supplier answers carry over, so each state you add later is $750 for Washington or Connecticut and $1,250 for New Mexico.

Not sure which fits? The Scope Check ends with a fixed quote for the right package.
