PFAS filings for the brands the big platforms skip

State PFAS reporting arrived in 2026 and applies to a 12-person jacket brand as much as to a multinational. PFAS Desk is built for the 12-person brand.

Why PFAS Desk exists

Minnesota's first PFAS report was due September 15, 2026, and it applied to any company whose branded product with intentionally added PFAS is sold in the state. Washington, New Mexico and Connecticut followed with their own reports, notices and fees, each in its own system.

Compliance platforms built for supply chains with thousands of parts sell annual subscriptions and expect you to run them. Law firms bill hourly to interpret the rules. Neither does the part that takes the time for a small brand: getting a fabric mill or a wax supplier to say, in writing, what's in the product.

PFAS Desk does that part. We chase the answers, organize them once, file them in every state you sell in, and leave you with a record you can hand to a retailer or a regulator.

Read the label

A care label for PFAS Desk itself: what the work is made of, how we look after it, and what we won't do.

Most of the work is supplier follow-up and organizing the answers so four states can read them. Filing is the shortest step.

How we work

  1. Exact, with sources

Every date, fee and rule on this site and in your Scope Summary links to the statute, rule or agency page it comes from, with the date we last checked it.

  2. The record is the product

Every supplier request, reply and silence is logged. If a state asks how you got your data, your evidence pack answers it.

  3. Prices you can read

Flat fees published on the pricing page and a fixed quote before work starts. State fees are always shown separately.

  4. Open questions stay labeled

Some points are still open with the agencies, like whether consultants can file in every state. We tell you which, and update you when they're answered.

What we're not

What PFAS Desk does and doesn't do
We're notSo
A law firmWe tell you what the rules say and flag questions that need an attorney. We're glad to work alongside yours.
A testing labWhen a filing needs test results, we refer you to an independent lab, and you pay the lab directly.
A software subscriptionThere's nothing to log into. You get a person, by email or on a call.
The decision-makerWhether to file, reformulate or stop shipping to a state is your call. We give you the facts for each option.

Tell us what you sell and where it ships. We reply within one business day.
